The Leyland Arms is set in grounds spanning in excess of three acres, amidst idyllic Welsh countryside in the heart of North Wales in Llanelidan, a small farming community village. As a Grade II listed building, the pub was originally a working farm and dates back to 1350.
The building has retained many of its original features and charm, and has been sympathetically restored and developed into a spacious pub and restaurant, making use of the extensive gardens and outdoor space. Trading as a pub and restaurant for over a century, the Leyland Arms lies at the heart of the local community and offers a warm welcome to visitors and locals alike.
The pub offers an enviable range of beers, ales, and wines along with all the refreshments you would expect of a well-stocked bar and cellar. Our Chefs, Ed and Ashley, have perfected a superb menu to cater for all tastes from snacks to a full A La Carte menu.
The surrounding area has many walks in unspoilt Welsh countryside, providing a haven for walkers and lovers of nature. The pub is also very conveniently located for several nearby attractions such as Snowdonia National Park, and the impressive 14th century church of St Elidan’s, now a designated Pilgrims church. In addition, there are many other areas of outstanding natural beauty on our doorstep, including but not limited to, miles of beautiful Welsh coastline.
